Stratecta.exchange has been founded in 2017 in Vienna, Austria and offer a leading reward based crowdfunding platform. They’re focusing on entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial innovations in all line of businesses. The payments of Backers are paid into an escrow account and are secured. Customers are mainly based in Europe whereas the Backers can contribute from all countries of the world. The Platform fees are based on “Pay What You Want”.

Platform Provider: Stratecta.exchange offers a leading crowdfunding platform that gives project owners the possibility to crowdfund their projects fast and simple. Registered users can easily create and edit projects from the front-end of stratecta.exchange. Upon submission, both creator and admin will receive an email notification. Full transparency is given during the funding period. Contributions of Backers start at 1 EUR and can be any amount. The platform helps to build trust between backers and project creators.

Payment Provider is secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany. secupay is an approved payment institution by the BaFin for financial transfer companies. The payers pay their payment amounts to a secupay escrow account that is ZAG (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz) ensured according to § 13 para. 1 no. 1 lit. b) ZAG. secupay receives remuneration for carrying out the payments. This invoice amount is deducted from the payments to the contracting party.

Payment methods are: bank transfer, direct debit and credit card.
